INVITATION





1. DEFINITION  

A written or spoken request for someone or more to participate or be present on take a part in something.

Invitations are needed to use for many important life events such as wedding, a baby shower, a party, a birthday, a bridal shower, a dinner party, post
reception invitations, Christmas and New Year party invitations.



1. Inviting Someone

The example of Formal invitation: 

Dear Sir / Madam, (Delete as applicable)
You are cordially invited to a fancy dress ball celebrating the birthday of Miss Michelle Jackson. The event will take place at the Neverlate Ranch on Friday the 13th of June. Proceedings shall commence with a display of fireworks at 7pm sharp and a program of events will be issued to you upon your arrival. A five course dinner will be served in the dining hall at 8.30, whereby Miss Jackson will make her appearance and greet each of you personally. It is expected that you arrive wearing a black tie and tuxedo. Those who do not posess a bowler hat will be granted the loan of one upon entry. A full parking valet service will be in operation at the gate.
Please complete the details below and return this invitation to the above address by the 1st of January. Regrettably, replies recieved after this date cannot be accepted.
